Full Name of the Document: Law on access and disclosure of documents and announcing affiliation of Bulgarian citizens to the State Security and Intelligence services of the Bulgarian People's Army.

The law regulates the access, disclosure, use and storage of documents of the State Security and the Military intelligence for the period 09.09.1944-16.07.1991. It regulates the activities of the specialized Committee that deals with processing, access and publishing data form the databases of the State security and Military intelligence (1944-1991).
