Prevention and Countering Trafficking in Humans for Labor Exploitation in Bulgaria and Norway

04.07.2016

This report was developed in the scope of the project „Partnership for Successful Institutional Practices for Human Trafficking Prevention and Labor Exploitation of Youth at Risk“, funded by the Fund for Bilateral Relations for Bulgaria within the EEA FM and NFM for 2009-2014. The core of the report describes the problem with human trafficking for labor exploitation, focusing on the risks for migrants (and migrant children as well) working in European countries and especially in Norway. The report presents the legal and the institutional framework in Bulgaria for prevention and protection of the victims and the prosecution of the perpetrators.
