Bulgarian Parliament against Organized Crime

RiskMonitor Foundation will present its report „The Role of the National Assembly in the Fight Against Organized Crime and Corruption (2001-2011)” at a press conference in the office of BTA Press Agency. The event is scheduled for November 1, Tuesday, 2011 at 11.00.

The report is the result of an empirical study and includes assessment of the work of the National Assembly during that period. Key recommendations are made for enhancing the effectiveness of the policies implemented by the institution. RiskMonitor experts name specific measures and strategies that will lead to significant progress in the fight against political corruption and the politically protected organized crime.

The study is funded by Open Society Foundations.
