What mandate should SANS be granted, how should the Agency be controlled, how should SANS be presented before the contemporary public - these were the questions discussed on October 28 at the Radisson SAS Hotel.
The discussion was organized by RiskMonitor and included presentations by Rada Smedovska, Daniel Smilov, Alexander Kashumov, Velizar Shalamanov, Boyko Slavchev, Plamen Bogoev, Momchil Metodiev, Vesselin Vuchkov, Veselin Stoynev, etc.
The conference was financed by the OSI Justice Initiative - New York and the Open Society Institute – Sofia.
