Discussion on the Judiciary Reform

Тhe Strategy for Continuation of the Judiciary Reform was presented in a pubic discussion in the National Assembly. The event gathered magistrates, representatives of the Ministry of Justice and the NGO sector who also took part in the preparation of the Strategy. The document covers most of the challenges the Bulgarian judiciary is facing, but lacks concrete arguments and does not focus on particular areas, which are considered highly problematic, for example the reform in the Prosecutor’s office.
