Annual Conference of RiskMonitor, held in Borovets on November 23 to 25, 2007.
The conference discussed policies and perceptions of organized crime; the institutional structure and mechanisms for exercising control over the security services and the future State Agency for National Security; networks in the Bulgarian transition and in contemporary institutions.
