RiskMonitor will present the report "Risks for the Bulgarian National Security: 2020-2025". The event will take place on Tuesday, April 16, 2013, from 10:00-12:00 in the Council of Ministers, Granitna Hall. Key speakers include Mr. Julian Popov, Minister of Environment and Water, Mr. Todor Tagarev, Minister of Defense, Mr. Georgi Krastev, Secretary of the Security Council of Bulgaria, Mr. Georgi Ganev, Economist, Centre for Liberal Strategies, Dr. Petya Kabakchieva, sociologist.

The experts will discuss the risk factors in the areas of finance and economy, the energy sector, criminality and social cohesion, international relations, education, healthcare, regional development, migration and demographics, ecology, poverty. These risks directly relate to the development of the country and could influence the stability of the institutions and the constitutional order.

The report is developed within a project funded by the CEE Trust.
