Transparency in Public Finance Management

25.01.2008

(2008)

This project studies transparency in public finance management in five member countries of the International Organization of la Francophonie (OIF): Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Moldova, and Romania. Leading experts from these countries compare their national legislations on access to information, national budget procedures, and public finance control mechanisms. The project identifies successful national practices and analyzes possibilities for introducing them in other countries.
