The MoI State

The report is the result of an in-depth study of the Ministry of Interior (MoI), its organization and functions. It was executed in the period between late 2014 and mid 2015. It is a snapchat of the organization as a whole. A premice of the report is that MoI's prime function should and must be securing public order through its police devision. This, however, is hardly the case. The MoI has numerous functions, so much so that the ministry is short of functioning as a state within the state.
