Civil Forfeiture in Bulgaria 2005-2010
19.07.2011The report summarizes the results of a monitoring of the Commission for Establishing of Property Acquired from Criminal Activity (CEPACA). The study is conducted by "RiskMonitor" Foundation. It was perrformed within a project funded by the Open Society Institute - Sofia. The purpose of the monitoring is to identify the positive and negative trends in the Commission's activities during the first five years of its existence and to propose opportunities for optimization in the context of the ongoing political debate about legislalative changes in this direction.
