The International Criminal Court resisted UN protests and brought charges for genocide against the President of Sudan. The future case in Hague may have direct connection to the case in Pleven against the management of "Beta" military plant in Cherven Bryag. In March this year the plant's directors were found guilty on first instance for having sold military equipment to Sudan in violation of the international embargo.
