The current crisis in the Eurozone is a symptom of deeper change in the European Union. But what is the subject of this change? The treaties, the institutions that serve European bureaucracy, or the very idea of a European federation? What is needed is a reboot of the system and return to its flexible state of viable international regimes. It is time to break decisively with the heavy burden of administrative regulations.
