Organized Crime and Corruption - Key Court Cases

This report presents the results of a study conducted in the period from 01.10.2009 to 31.05.2010. The study traces the course of eighteen cases of a general nature which are defined as socially important and are subject to increased public and media attention. The focus was put on cases brought on charges of economic crimes committed by persons holding official position in the public sector.
