Protection of EU funds in Bulgaria

The report reflects the results of a study, focused on the mechanisms for protection of the financial interests of the European Union, provided by the Bulgarian Criminal code.

Launching a serious, deep and devoid of populism discussion on improving the existing measures will contribute significantly to improving the quality of legislation in this field.
