2012 - Specialized Judicature Starts Working

The work of specialized courts and prosecution offices started with the first working day of the new year. They will hear cases related to organized crime.
According to preliminary assessments quoted in media, the new bodies will cover about 80 cases with indictments, but with no hearing scheduled. The comments on these first steps are focused on the investments in strengthening the administrative capacity, provision of equipment and facilities (meeting rooms and arrest), but also on the need to develop investigative apparatus.
