Europe is going through turbulent times; it is high time we took this seriously and considered carefully the options for the future. We need to act and take measures for limiting the negative consequences of the ongoing crisis. Should we blame only Greece’s debt for the crisis or is this only the symptom of deeper structural deficits in the EU? When the public gaze is fixed on the disputes about the trade names of lyutenitza and rakia, bypassing the debate about the future of the Union and its failing administration, there is definitely something wrong going on. That itself should make us shudder.
