Changes in the Constitution?

The Justice Minister Margarita Popova organized a meeting of the Public Council to her Office on Tuesday, 21.06. The media quote Mr Yonko Grozev from the Center Of Liberal Strategies, who took part in the debate. He summarized the recommendations of the participants in the discussion for complete restructuring of the management of the judiciary.

It was decided to begin consultations on legislative and constitutional changes aimed at reformulating the constitutional model of the structure and management of the judiciary.
