Final Conference of the Project "Specialized Prosecutorial Office Counter Organized Crime"

On November 17, 2015 in the building of the US embassy in Sofia was
held the concluding event of the project "Specialized Prosecutorial Office Counter Organized Crime",
funded by the Foundation" America for Bulgaria".
The meeting was opened by Ms. Martina Strong, Charge d'Affaires at the US Embassy in Bulgaria.
Special guest was the federal judge in Philadelphia Ms. Jean Prather. She presented to her their Bulgarian colleagues
the American experience in defining sentences against organized crime and corruption.
Among lecturers were also Mrs. Dubravka Krklec, prosecutor in the Specialized Prosecution of Croatia
and Ksenija Krizman, deputy head of the Croatian special prosecutor's office. The audience included MPs, judges and prosecutors.
