INTEGRA: Stаkеholder Meeting

Sofia INTEGRA project partners and the Stakeholder Integration Group invited media representatives, Sofia Municipality officials, members of migrant organizations, marketing and communication experts for a one-day local stakeholder consultation meeting on March 15, 2019. The idea was to design an information campaign that challange public perceptions about migrants. The meeting has undergone in the form of brainstorming sessions where participants were divided into three groups deciding on: key words of the campaign, slogan of the campaign, creative campaign dissemination tools. The discussions were very productive and participants suggested interesting ideas of a catchy campaign consisting of: video of short stories, play cards with a campaign message on the back of each card, hashtag campaign #sentfriendrequest, “My man” - slogan of the campaign, based on a city slang and etc.
