Policy Responses to Organized Crime in the Balkans

The study looks at the experience of four countries – Albania, Bulgaria, Croatia, and Serbia. The project team sought to identify the similarities and differences between countries already members of the EU as well as accession (or candidate) countries. The project focuses primarily on the description of the institutions engaged in antiorganized crime efforts and their main activities.
