Interview with Walter Selter (Former Chief Posecutor for the German Federal Province North Rhine-Westphalia)

Walter Selter has worked in the Prosecution for 30 years. During his career he served at different Prosecutor's offices throughout the Federal Republic of Germany. As head of the Prosecutor's office in North Rhine-Westphalia, he was responsible for an institution operating in the most densely populated region in Germany with its 18 million inhabitants, and capital city Dusseldorf.

Mr Selter visited Bulgaria as a lecturer for seminar, organized by Riskmionitor, under the project 'Rule of Law and Organized Crime', funded by America for Bulgaria Foundation.
