This publication reflects the results of a comparative study of specialized prosecutions in Albania, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, Serbia and France. The text presents a detailed description of the structure, powers, functions and mechanisms for institutional interaction of these bodies.

The study was conducted within the framework of the project "Rule of Law and Organized Crime", funded by America for Bulgaria Foundation.
