Special Methods for Investigation of Organized Crime

23.01.2009

(2009-2010)
The project sets itself the goal of examining the practice of investigating institutions and of tracing their capacity in the use of special methods for combating serious organized crime. The initiative stresses the observation of a definite number of concluded cases against organized crime, describing the various offences and the methods used for their investigation. On the basis of this review, an assessment will be made of the way in which the investigative bodies apply these methods, the intensity of their employment and the effectiveness of their application.
